I am a creative and learner-centered bilingual educator who has expanded my expertise into instructional design, bringing over five years of experience designing engaging, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences. My background in education, combined with a specialization in Learning Experience Design (LXD), has given me both the pedagogical depth and the user-centered mindset to build solutions that are meaningful, accessible, and inspiring.

The projects presented here were carefully selected because they highlight the way I approach instructional design: as a practice that not only transfers knowledge but also supports people through change, builds confidence, and ensures quality learning in diverse contexts. Each case represents a different challenge, yet together they illustrate my commitment to designing learning journeys that spark curiosity, foster growth, and empower educators and learners to thrive, even in moments of transition and uncertainty.

About the Projects

About the Projects

In this portfolio, I have carefully selected projects that showcase my versatility and strengths as an Instructional Designer. Each case represents a different challenge, but all share a common thread: designing solutions that are creative, engaging, and grounded in real needs.

This project highlights my ability to analyze organizational pain points, in this case, high turnover and inconsistent training, and transform them into a structured learning journey that improves retention, clarity, and team alignment. It highlights my capacity to combine efficiency with empathy, designing learning experiences that are both practical and meaningful, and ensuring that every team member feels prepared, supported, and valued from day one.

This case study reflects my skill in translating complex theory into actionable practice while also serving as a strategic pillar in organizational change. The training was fundamental to supporting the school’s decision to transition into a bilingual program, ensuring teachers were onboard, confident, and prepared to adapt. By combining neuroscience insights with gamified activities, I was able to align teachers with the school’s vision and empower them to carry it forward.

Developed during the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic, this initiative demonstrates my agility and leadership in crisis. The instructional materials became a cornerstone for supporting the teaching team through one of the most disruptive moments in education. By providing clear guidance and practical resources, the training helped teachers feel safer and more confident in an unfamiliar digital environment, while safeguarding the school’s pedagogical excellence, ensuring that children continued to experience high-quality, engaging learning even remotely. Equally important, the project fostered a strong sense of community, resilience, and collaboration, reflecting my skills in instructional design, technology training, change management, and team coaching.
